Tracking & Shipping your item


We work with the EMS Post carrier to deliver items. If you have an issue with your delivery, you can contact the carrier directly – EMS Customer Support.

Also, if you have a problem finding your package, you can contact with your local EMS customer service or call center who can answer general EMS queries, find your tracking number and help you locate your EMS item.

Please note that the EMS Unit and the UPU do not provide tracking information by phone.

Important: Some national carriers use regional carriers to deliver your package. When this happens, your tracking information may not be accurately reflected on the national carrier website.


You can follow your package online all the way to your shipping address.

Once we ship your item, you can keep track of its progress on its way to you. You’ll be able to view carrier information as well as your order’s current location.

To track items you bought, you’ll need the order confirmation we sent to the email address you entered at checkout.

Find your order confirmation email. The subject line starts with “Order Confirmed”. In this email you will see the track number of your order, as well as a copy of the postal receipt.

Follow the link in this email to EMS tracking Service.

To track your EMS item, please enter your 13 digit item number (e.g. EE987654321XX) which is given to each EMS item.

You’ll see a delivery status bar and the item’s current location. If you don’t see the tracking information you can contact EMS Customer Support or contact us via the contact form at the end of this article.

If you can’t find your order confirmation email, contact us via the contact form below and we’ll send you a link to your order details again.


We are happy to ship everything to you in the same package if you’re buying multiple items from us. You might also get a shipping discount because we save money by combining items.

If you’ve already paid for a number of items you ordered from us, and the packages haven’t been marked as shipped, we may still be able to combine shipping if you ask us.


All you need to do is add the items you want to buy to your cart and you’ll see the combined shipping total at checkout.

You’ll need to ask us before you pay. Afterwards, we’ll send you a combined invoice detailing all the items and the new cost of shipping.


If you’ve already completed your purchase but need to make a change to your address or shipping details, contact us as soon as possible to let us know.

If we have already shipped your order, the package will be sent to the address you originally selected.

Before completing your purchase, always make sure to double check that your address is correct.
