Taxes and customs fees

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.


The recipient must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

Customs offices in some countries or regions require to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc.


For products shipped internationally, please note that instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Reasons to check applicable laws before you import items:

Goods may be intercepted by Customs officials. There may also be fines or other liabilities associated with goods impounded or seized by Customs officials.

We encourage all buyers to comply with all governmental laws and regulations. Since the import and export of items are highly regulated by governments, buyers should educate themselves on the laws governing the import of items prior to buying those items.
